DeRonnius Young is a real estate developer and investment professional specializing in multifamily and industrial assets across Texas, Tennessee, the Carolinas, and Virginia. As a member of 1217 Realty Group, L.L.C. based in Dallas, TX, he focuses on sourcing and developing commercial properties with an emphasis on affordable and senior housing solutions, including assisted living and dormitory-style residential facilities.

He holds both a Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Commercial Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.
